The year 2020 has been a hard year for all of us! I think we can all agree that our seniors have been hit the hardest. How do we continue to give our most vulnerable the dental care they need while still keeping them protected and safe? We need to make revolutionary changes in how we look after our seniors.
Having dental images taken and assessed remotely will protect our seniors from unnecessary visits to the dentist and hence prevent unnecessary potential exposure to disease. Staff can be easily trained to use intra oral cameras and send them for consultation. We need to do better for our seniors and we can do better!
